Working with us

The Russell HR Consulting team consists of the HR consultants and office-based admin support who co-ordinate our activities. Both teams work phenomenally hard to deliver excellence in our HR services.

We have fantastic clients (it's something that new team members always notice and comment upon) and we have a great relationship with them.  We also invest heavily in equipment and systems to ensure that we have the best tools for the job.

Whilst we work hard, we also have fun. We are regularly rewarded with extra additional treats ranging from cake to spa breaks!

Vacancies – HR associates

Our client base has expanded rapidly and we are looking for independent HR associates from across the UK who would like to work with us on projects from time to time.

We would expect associates to have commercial experience in addition to an HR background, for example, experience of being a line manager, as well as having good quality generalist HR skills.  They will either have a law degree or other relevant experience and be able to demonstrate a sound and current knowledge of employment law.  We are looking for practical people who enjoy the intellectual challenge of working with tough and sometimes very complex problems. Work Placements

For many students getting a good degree is not enough on its own any more.  With so many students now going to university, graduates with good degrees are easy to find. One way in which you can get some useful experience and start to make contacts is a work placement. We have made a number of work experience placements available to HR students, keen to see life in the front line in an HR consultancy. Our students gain HR experience with the consultants and business experience with the admin team.

We welcome applications from students who can demonstrate enthusiasm, willingness to engage, good interpersonal skills and a desire to learn from the opportunity. Placements are unpaid and can last anything up to two weeks.  Contact us for more information.
